About Nicole Miller

Nicole Miller

Twenty-five years leading organizations, teams, and people teaches you something. Performance rarely stalls because people lack talent, effort, or strategy. More often, it stalls because assumptions, habits, and patterns of behavior go unexamined.

Nicole Miller has spent her career at that intersection. She began as an entrepreneur before spending more than a decade leading talent and capability initiatives inside FedEx, JPMorgan Chase, McAfee, Kimberly-Clark, and Intuit. Along the way, she guided leaders and organizations through pivotal transitions, delivered keynote addresses for Volvo Group and the GEM Foundation.

Regardless of the setting, she kept seeing the same thing: the most significant breakthroughs rarely came from better strategy alone. They came from clarity about what was shaping behavior in the first place.

Over time, that observation became a conviction.

the Identity Lab is the practice built around that conviction.

Today, the Identity Lab works with organizations, teams, and leaders ready to examine the assumptions driving their decisions and build from something real.

"Nicole doesn't just lead teams — she builds people."
